Jennifer has worked for Hamilton Calvert Advisory for over 16 years and has extensive experience in the insolvency industry including liquidation, voluntary administration and bankruptcy. Her keen eye for detail and considered approach makes her a valuable member of our team.

Jennifer has experience in managing and administering both corporate and personal insolvency matters involving a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, construction and mining. She regularly takes part in courses and conferences to add to her knowledge and ensure the best outcomes.

Jennifer’s achievements include:



•  Facilitating the realisation of assets, enabling payment of dividends to creditors, including achieving a return to creditors of over 100c/$;
• Working with a co-owner to finalise property developments and engaging with a sale program, resulting in realisation of 3 properties and distributing a third in specie;
• Overseeing trade-ons of businesses, while seeking sale as a going concern;
• Investigating and negotiating to recover antecedent transactions including Court proceedings in both corporate and personal matters;
• Providing comprehensive reporting to and communicating with a range of creditors and stakeholders;
• Reporting to ASIC on director conduct and assisting in achieving director banning orders; and
• Carrying out forensic reviews of company records, to provide reports and recommendations to management to optimise their business future.
